ABOUT ME

Born and raised in Japan, I studied and acquired a master of science in psychology
at California State Universityin Los Angeles. In California, I worked at a child and family clinic
as a psychological therapist. After moving to Hamburg, I worked in various international settings, including at the general consulate of Japan in Hamburg. During my time at the general consulate, I helped many people having difficulties in a foreign culture. I also worked with children,
their family, and teachers at a German school to improve children's school life. 
Since 2005 I live with my German husband in Hamburg and we have an eight years old son .
